CladdaghRings.com offers free shipping on all jewelry items to United States, Canada, UK and Ireland destinations.
There are three additional shipping options available:
- Express Delivery: 1 - 3 days (subject to availability) by FedEx for an additional charge of $25.00.
- Registered International Airmail for an additional charge of $8.00.
- International Shipping: $8.00 charge is mandatory for all international orders (All countries except for US, UK Canada & Ireland).
You may select any of these additional shipping options during the order process.
CladdaghRings.com jewelry is handmade in Ireland. Although we endeavour to fulfill all orders within 14 days, on occasion items may require 21 days for delivery if they need to be ordered from the workshop.

What happens after my order is placed?
After you place an online order with CladdaghRings.com you will receive an automated 'order confirmation' e-mail confirming that we received your order.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your purchase by credit card through our fully-secure checkout. We also accept orders over the phone. You can call toll free on 1800 353 3186. You can also pay for your order by check or money order by mailing it, along with your order details to:

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard and Paypal.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
All order information including your credit card number is received on a secure SSL server. Your personal information is not stored on our servers. Information is automatically deleted once the order is shipped.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be debited when your delivery is dispatched. Custom orders for wedding and engagement rings will be processed when the order is made.
Do I have to pay any taxes?
We do not charge tax on any purchases. Therefore the price quoted on the website is the price we charge you.
What currency are your products listed in?

Do you offer engraving?
Yes, we provide an engraving service at a cost of $2.00 per letter. Please state your engraving request by replying to the 'Order Confirmation' email you receive when you place your order. We will add the cost of engraving to your bill.
Please note, engraved items may not avail of our return policy.
Return Policy and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will refund the price paid for that item if is returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of you receiving it. A credit will be issued to your credit card immediately upon receipt and inspection of the item.
All our wedding rings are usually handmade to order and are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned for a refund. If you need to return a wedding ring for resizing we charge a fee of $20.00 (In the event that we are unable to resize a ring and need to do a new casting then the 10% restocking fee applies to the original ring.).

Similiarly, if you need to exchange the jewelry item for another size or type, please mail it to the above address. Please include a note with the package stating your full name and/or order number and action to be taken.
On the customs declaration label please state:
"Return Item. Goods of Irish Origin."

In addition, under EU law you have the right to cancel your order without obligation for a period of 7 working days from the date of order.
