CladdaghRings.com offers free shipping on all jewelry items to the United States, Canada, UK, and Ireland destinations. (Please note we only pay import duties to the USA on orders which include FedEx shipping)

There are three additional shipping options available:

  • Express Delivery: 6 – 7 days by DHL for an additional charge of $40.00, Trackable. (Recommended for any gold or higher value items, Insured)
  • Registered International Airmail: 8 – 13 days for an additional charge of $15.00, Trackable. (Suitable for medium value orders, Not Insured, local import taxies and duties not paid.)
  • International Shipping: This $10.00 charge is mandatory for all international orders (All countries except for the US, UK Canada & Ireland) Trackable, Fine for low value purchases, Not Insured!
  • Free Shipping: 14 – 21 Days, Not Trackable, Fine for low value purchases, Not Insured!

You may select any of these additional shipping options during the order process.

All CladdaghRings.com jewelry is handmade and hallmarked in Ireland. Although we endeavor to fulfill all orders within 14 days, on occasion we may require 21 days for delivery as several pieces are custom made to order, this includes most of the intricate gold pieces, ogham, Mo Anam Cara, Wedding bands, engagement rings and other items over $350 which are made customer to your specification. Please double check your ring size before ordering as custom made pieces (any pieces over 350 USD are non refundable).

You will receive an automated ‘Delivery Confirmation’ email when your order has been shipped. This can sometimes land in your Junk or Spam folder so please keep an eye out for it.

DHL and FedEx are not able to deliver to PO Boxes as well as US Military Bases.

    • We offer a 45 Day returns policy on all silver pieces only. All refunds for products under $250/€250 are minus free shipping fee, packaging, payment processing and restocking fee (Flat fee of $25/€25/£25). For orders over $250/€250 (shipping and packaging cost ($15 or $42) as well as payment processing fee of 2.5% of total cost of purchase
    • A one year guarantee on all pieces to cover any defects in craftsmanship in the course of normal wear and tear and daily use.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will refund the full purchase price of silver pieces paid for that item if is returned to us in its original condition within 45 days of receiving it. A credit will be issued to the sender’s credit card immediately upon receipt and inspection of the item and can sometimes take approx 5 – 10 days to land back in your account. This does not apply to custom made pieces, gold pieces or gem stone pieces as they are made to order as these are bespoke pieces made specifically for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please include a note with the package stating your full name and/or order number and stating action to be taken. If the return item is valued at more than $100 we suggest that you use a ‘delivery confirmation‘ service.

Similarly, if you need to exchange the jewelry item for another size or type, please mail it to the above address. Please include a note with the package stating your full name and/or order number and action to be taken.

On the customs declaration label please state: “Return Item. Goods of Irish Origin.” (This avoids the package being delayed in customs on the way back into Ireland.)

If you would like a silver item replaced due to wrong size purchased, item not liked or similar reason, a restocking fee equivalent to of cost of shipping and free shipping ($25 USD/€25 or £25 Sterling) , also a mailing charge of $15 USD will apply for sending out the new piece via USPS or $40 USD if you would like DHL / FedEx delivery.

All refunds are minus free shipping (approx $15) / shipping cost ($15 or $42) as well as payment processing fee of 2.5% of total cost of purchase. This includes items shipped with free shipping. $15 USD for items which were shipped ‘free’ or $42 for DHL / FedEx.

 

Shipment Tracking & Loss of Goods in Transit

Please note, Only FedEx / DHL orders are insured. If your package is lost in transit, unless it was booked with FedEx or DHL, These couriers provide a photo of each delivery and location with estimated delivery times so that someone is there to receive your order and give you added piece of mind. We really recommend this option for higher value options.

 

Our $15 tracked option is not insured and tracking is not as transparent and accurate as FedEx / DHL.

 

Tracking gets updated when it’s taken on and off vans, airplanes, arrived and departing mail sorting centers, delivered into a mailbox and similar important junctions during transit. The tracking is only as good as the scans it receives. Please contact your local mail provider if you cannot locate an order marked as ‘Delivered‘. We have no contact and no control over local mail providers. Often the best person to ask is your usual delivery person, they may have delivered to a neighbor for safe keeping or placed in a different location which they should never do.

Engraving

We provide an engraving service at a cost of $5.00 per letter. Please provide us with your engraving request by adding it to the ‘additional information‘ field at the end of the order form. We will add the cost of engraving to your bill which can be settled after your online purchase before the order is confirmed via email.

Please note, engraved items may not avail of our return policy and will take additional time to complete.

Security

All order information including your credit card number is received on a secure SSL server. Your personal information is not stored on our servers. Information is automatically deleted once the order is shipped.
